do any staff have power on gk to like give me my items back

I am not asking for them back here and ive forum pmd stefan, used helpdesk, emailed him, everything you could possibly do and to no avail. I assumed maybe theres some guy with power now that can help.

Anyone who could answer my question and maybe point me in the right direction thatd be nice.

but anyways the story has been repeated so many times

my items were taken by either lance or jagen I don't know who because I was told my items were all too powerful and they needed to get a nerfjob. Jagen disappeared and Lance claimed he didn't take anything and since then I've had nothing. I swear to god my story is legit and its impossible that everything I own including my bamboo which anyone whos ever known me knows I would never sell would just disappear. Please help me out brother.
