Why do you think Vic(Chenaw Katueu) was promoted to her own special rank? Because Zormite is desperate to keep powerful members, so they kiss their arses.

Powerful members don't need their "arses" kissed if they're an asset. Besides, survival of the fittest; if a leader is good they'll last... if not... they'll fail - so what, move on, get over it.
