I came on this morning to an editted signature. I would like to know why and by whom.

I did it because it was requested. Kaimetsu did not give you permission to quote him, and requested the quote removed. And I'm removing it again.

As an aside, any user who is being quoted without their permission can request to have said quote removed from another user's signature.
