Problem: Ganis?

This seems to only be a problem on Classic. I deleted the Graal folder awhile ago and just reinstalled graal. I then log on Classic, and everything seems to have downloaded correctly. I walk around and find something a little odd. Whenever someone uses their sword (actually it isn't limited to the sword, but it happens more, I think, when they're using it), they go invisible for a second, and become visible again. Its like there is a gani that isn't being played or called too late. The odd thing is, it doesn't happen when I do it (the closest I've come to reproducing it is pressing 'W' really fast, and then I do become invisible).

Is there a way to fix this? I've uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times.

Edit:

Try deleting it and then reinstalling Graal;)

My first guess what it wasn't caching files properly but that wasn't the case.

[edit]well I deleted it for the third time and it did fix. Thanks.[/edit]

I still am looking for a solution to this problem, as far as I can tell it only happens on Classic. Storm as tried to help me but nothing seems to correct the problem.

The Problem: Occasionally, when people swing there swords, shoot arrows, etc, they disappear. The problem as far as I know only effects me, but another person I was talking to last night had a similar problem, but couldn't reproduce it.

[edit]He suggested that the folder was read only, and I was reluctant to check, but yes, the Graal folder is read only. I tried to change it, but it wouldn't work. Then I checked other folders, and it seems everything is read only. Is it possible to fix this?[/edit]
