If there's not already one, there should be a radio NPC, that lets you listen to whatever's being played while your mining or fishing or PKing, or whatever you like to do all day.

yeah, but you would have to set it down with the Trade NPC for it to work, we would have actual graal radio channels linked to it!

I meant whatever is being played on the sax and drums and whatever other instruments there are going to be.

that means that people would listen to me reciting 3 blind mice all day!!!

Playing in time is impossible, due to lag and such. Everyone'd have to have the same computer with same type of connection....but screw logic and go for it!

what about a radio studio where people record songs on to like a cd or something in the studio and then a djpicks a cd and plays it over a radio network over graal2001. this dj would also announce events that are going to be taking place news about kingdoms and who won events and who the best band is at that momment.
Also the cds could be stored in like store rooms or something.
This radio/recording studio could be put in one of the buildings in the underground lake.

Cool, but there needs to be some way to keep people from recording stuff that doesn't sound like music. E.g., we don't want people recording stuff like the same note played over and over with no other notes.

My assumption is that it will use some kind of client-specific variables such as strings. So, why not let them record stupid stuff onto their strings?

Yeah, it probably records it to the player. Maybe that way you can go to the studio and play one, if the DJ likes it then the studio will copy it and store it there.
