Day/Night and Lighting Effects
 

Alright, I've troubleshooted almost everything there is. I installed Direct X 8.0, I have a good video card (standard on a 366 Pentium II) and I still don't know why I can't see the lighting effects and I also can't see day/night on Graal 2001. Any ideas people?

Could you be more specific on a good video card? Do you or do you not have a 3D accelerator? And if you do what kind of 3D accelerator? Have you tried to see if the light effects are visible if you go to fullscreen mode?

Sorry my bad, I figured it out but it seems when I go to the underground lake it's pitch black... and even the torch doesn't help. I can see daylight/night fine in 2K1 but in the underground lake it's pitch black...
