Help: Where to find...

Hello.

Where do I find the department to deal with problems with staff members of the forums? I have tried PMing Stefan and Unixmad but have had no luck. Is there somewhere I can go to have my problem addressed?

Crono 05-26-2005 10:57 PM

I would really rather just find the department responsible for complaints, however. Since neither Stefan nor Unixmad are in this area, it seems reasonable to ask the general public for the contact.

Crono 05-26-2005 11:01 PM

Oh I agree with you, it's just that you know that a mod will just close this for stupid and unjust reasons.

GET A SUPORT TIKET PLZ.

Support tickets must be the most retarded things ever, why not just have an active chat program where you stand in line and you have some graal workers just sitting there and answering people's questions? Seriously.

The support ticket center does not have staff capable of handling my problem. :frown:

Though I'm not bashing them. It's just that they can't really do anything about it.

They probably read your PMs. And they probably don't care.

Other than that you can just PM down the chain of command to Galen, then try PMing the supermods.

Sorry I didn't reply to your forum PM fast enough to your liking...

Zero Hour 05-26-2005 11:38 PM

Holy crap.

Googi 05-26-2005 11:45 PM

I don't think Paypal would care much either.

Velox Cruentus 05-26-2005 11:51 PM

VT... You are... How could I say this... Tumbled from Playerworld Admin to a lousy, annoying (immature to that) 'paying customer' who seems to know nothing on how the game works. In a way, I'm glad you're leaving PWA because it makes the global staff a lot more reliable.

There has been another issue since the time I PMed you; it's not your fault or anything and I'm not blaming you. Peace.

When I had issues with Softnyx (the company who runs Gunbound), I had them resolved within a day of my complaint. This was after weeks of emailing their head office and game master. If you had ever used the Paypal complaint system, you would know that they are efficient and get things done.

The game is purportedly a business. Businesses have to offer professional customer service or they get reported. I refuse to be shuffled off to people who can't do anything; I simply demand service. I payed plenty of money for my account and deserve to have my concerns addressed, just like anyone else who buys an account or server on here does. Just because you are easily pleased by this "service" doesn't mean I have to be.

Name one time as a PWA I was unreliable. I left PWA because I was sick of working for a business that didn't take care of itself and because of this it did not deserve my time for working purposes.

And yes, I will be a difficult customer unless stuff gets done. If people want to complain about me being a difficult customer, grow up. I had to deal with this every day from more than just one person. All I ask for is a reliable way to get in contact with Cyberjouers customer service so that I can lodge a formal complaint, which will be examined and not just tossed aside.

Gambet 05-27-2005 12:03 AM

If the business doesn't deserve your time, then do us all a favor and just leave already, instead of acting like an immature brat and crying all over the forums. This thread will get you no where.

If the business thinks itself so much a business as to charge people for itself, then I think it is fair to ask for a proper customer support system. I'm simply asking for assistance in the only way that seems to work.

Again, just because you accept low standards of customer service doesn't mean I do. Take your arrogance elsewhere.

I agree completely, but sadly, players don't get to voice their opinions in this game. It's how things work. You voice your opinion and your thread is closed/deleted. You voice your opinion a few more times and you're banned. I've learned this the hard way.

The time you reset Era's NC server, crashing every single database NPC.

That's fine. All I want is customer support, not an opinion box. If they can't give me customer support, or banning me on the supposition that I'm trying to voice an opinion which compromises their business, then I am well within my rights to take my complaint higher.

Would that be after I said that I was not a scripter, and that it was only my suggestion? Not only that, but that seemed to be a freak accident that not even Stefan could explain? Additionally, I didn't touch Era's NC server. How about another time?

You guys came to me. Maybe you should have gone to the GST, who are hired to know about that stuff. I gave my advice based on what I knew, but I did say that I wasn't sure.

So, does anyone know where I can go about my matter?

Wrong...some people just need to learn how to voice their opinions appropriately, and some things simply aren't allowed on the forums, period.

Providing reasons for the rules might be helpful.

It's, for the most part, pretty straight forward. I mean, you could quote the rule which you're specifically refering to... that would help.

Who's to say they're the happiest Graal Players? Maybe they're just exposing themselves to so little of it, it just seems like they're happier because they are in a smaller picture.

Why is criticizing the rules illegal?
It doesn't make any sense..

Velox Cruentus 05-27-2005 11:30 AM

Minoc... Criticizing against the rule that we can't criticize against the rules could be illegal as well!

Yea dude, it's toxic, and I'm so addicted (Thanks, Britney).

I don't think the forums can be "poison"... being virtual and such.

Why didn't you answer my Era point?

Still waiting for customer support.

Questa 05-27-2005 04:30 PM

Hey, just leave. Stop paying Graal, stop playing Graal, and stop posting on the Graal Forums. Where's the problem in that if you just can't stand it?
