Server issues?
 

I'm curious, is there a problem with the Graalonline server that handles registration/password recovery/etc? I've heard from others that they cannot retreive their password after submitting the "change password" form. I have also experienced a problem with the upgrade portion of the site. The website successfully took my money but never upgraded my account. Any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Sometime when trying to recover your password, the confirmation email might not come for a little bit. It will eventually come though. For the upgrade, if your account is'nt upgraded and you have not recieved an email confirming that your vip and/or gold has been prolonged, check your subscribtion history and retrieve your paypal reciept and post all of the information in support ticket and assign it to 'Accounts'. If you have not recieved an email and theres no history in your paypal of the transaction, it did'nt go through and you were not charged for it.
