why wont my lighting effects work properly on graal when i am online?
when i am in some levels the effects are fine but when im in some others they are really screwed up!
it has a big black mark thingy through my graal window!
and when i am offline it works fine.
i have DirectX8 but that wouldn't matter would it?:(

no i have other games that need good graphic cards and they work fine.

Do you have a 3dfx card?

Perhaps your problem is that DirectX sucks beyond all that, which is known to suck.

but then explain why the work fine offline?

opengl is the bestest =)

well, graal doesn't support 3dfx i think

Yup, I have a Voodoo 4 and it doesn't work...I never tried offline though.

Stefan really should fix that..

its the lag, it doesnt make the transparencys work for some reason.

I have voodo 3 I think and it won't even run with direct x on :( I have to turn it off. I can't even see day/night!!

Well,
the lighting effects were not made for use with any sort of voodoo card. Therefore, if u have a voodoo, the only way u will be able to see lighting effects, is if u get a new card. THERE IS NO POINT IN MAKING THEM WORK WITH VOODOOS!! Mainly because, VOODOOS ARENT BEING MANUFACTURED ANYMORE!! my apologies for the caps, i need to get the point across.

I too have a voodoo, but i am not compaining about the lighting effects not working, im saving for a new card. See my point yet?

Again were all 14 year olds ect... and what if our parents are poor? Were paying for it Stefan should get it to work for us. It's actually his duty as a suplier of a product to do so. I'm sick of ppl telling me to get a new card I can't even afford Broadband! Please Stefan, fix this.

there isnt any point if 2 years down the line, it wont be anywhere anymore!
