Bomboria Pub Information/Applications
 

As some/many of you know, I have been selected to be the first manager for newly revamped, Bomboria Pub. As my first day at manager, I will be hiring some employees.

NOTE: When I get a full active set of employees, I will plan a nice opening party for everyone to enjoy.

Bomboria Pub Menu:

Food:

Breaded Catfish (food +155) (2 plat each)
Fish and Chipses (food +250) (3 plat each)
Fish Stickses (food +15) (1 plat each)
Stews (food +150) (2 plat each)
Steak (food +120) (2 plat each)
Pizza (food +350) (4 plat each)
Bread (food +250) (3 plat each)
Food (food +100) (2 plat each)
Corn (food +5) (1 plat each)
Carrot (food +22) (1 plat each)
Sushi (food +25) (25 plat each) (RARE)

Drinks:

Beer (food +250) (25 plat each) (RARE)
Booze (food +100) (2 plat each)
Water (food +5) (1 plat each)
Coffee (food +10) (20 plat each) (RARE)


How the price system works:

food +0 - 99 = 1 plat each
food +100 - 199 = 2 plat each
food +200 - 299 = 3 plat each
food +300 - 499 = 4 plat each
food +500 - 599 = 5 plat each
food +600 - 699 = 6 plat each

etc..

Since we here at the pub do not want anyone to go about starving, dehydrating, going thirsty while eating, or choking, I have came up with a safety rule. In order to make sure that everything you eat is being digested correctly, you can only purchase foods/drinks if you purchase atleast one food item and one drink item. You cannot buy one food or one drink, you will need to buy both. That way, when you eat, you will have something refreshing to wash the food down and help your digestive system digest the food properly.

Jobs Needed:

Bartenders (Will handle the selling of all foods/drinks)
Paid By: The money/tips they recieve for selling foods/drinks.

Chefs (Will make sure that there is always a minimum of 50 of each food/drink)
Paid By: The manager (What you are paid is based on how much you work, your attitude, and how well you work)

Advertisers (Will advertise the pub to the server and will be judged based on creativity and how effective their advertises are)
Paid By: The manager (What you are paid is based on how much you work, your attitude, and how well you work)

Security (Will make sure no problems start occuring in the pub. They will obviously need to be strong)
Paid By: The manager (What you are paid is based on how much you work, your attitude, and how well you work)

Musicians (Will entertain the customers by playing beautiful music. They will obviously need to be skilled with the flute)
Paid By: The manager (What you are paid is based on how much you work, your attitude, and how well you work)

EDIT: BY THE END OF THE WEEK, ALL EMPLOYEES ARE TO PAY ME 200 PLAT. I WILL SET A DATE ON WHEN I WILL PICK UP THE MONEY EACH WEEK (WILL BE THE SAME DAY EVERY WEEK). THIS MONEY WILL BE USED TO PAY FOR THE RENT TO KEEP THE PUB UP. EVERYONE THAT DOES NOT PAY IN TIME WILL HAVE TO PAY ME ANOTHER DAY BUT THE AMOUNT WILL BE INCREASED. FAILURE TO PAY AT ALL WILL RESULT INTO BEING FIRED OR SUSPENDED WITHOUT PAY!

Application Information/Questions:

How will you prevent your bartenders from taking any money they receive that doesn't belong to them?

Read the edit I just posted. All bartenders can keep the money they earn, but everyone will have to pay me 200 plat a week so I can pay the owner the rent for keeping the pub up (owner = Sam = the EM Admin Sam).

Isn't booze supposed to be rare?

A certain Label of booze is, but you can buy Booze on KJ island.

Can i just point out that in plural it would be just Fish and Chips and Fish sticks, not chipses and stickses

I am only repeating what it says in the game. I know that it would be Fish and Chips, but in the game it says Fish and Chipses and I know it would be Fish Sticks, but in the game it says Fish and Stickses. So, yes, I know how to properly write it, but its not my fault that its not properly spelled in the game.

Oh yea, i didnt think other things were the same..i knew carrots came up as carrotses though

OK Ignore all that Gambet previously said, because I'm in Charge of Misty Mug Tavern operations right now. Well Sam owns the place but yeah. Anywho, this is the list of Prices I gave staff to update the sign..

Anyways, We are starting to get a few things going here now. Catering services to parties and wedding will be possible now. Just PM me about the details for such an event atleast a day ahead of time. The cardroom we have been planning on getting isn't ready just yet, but we plan on having that open for entertainment in Bomboria area. I'm sure our Bards will enjoy that. If you want to get a job here, yea fine just ask me, not Sam please. I will tell you this, I tend to ask the nearest most qualified person I see if they wish to work for us.

I'd also like to hear of mini event like idea's for us to do in the future as well.

How about a band?
Someone with a flute and a warhorn. That would be pretty cool.

Sad day to see more people roleplaying as a tavern waiter then a Soldier of a kingdom.

We have changed our ranks a bit too, to be more RP like for the era (I think its around that time). Anywho....

Owner (<- Sam's rank)
Manager (Hello, I deal with hiring people and payrolls and stock)
Mascot "Teddybear" (Advertises, and helps with misc tasks)
Waiters (Can do delivery)
Bartenders (stay in the tavern and serve food)
Bards (these are the entertainers)
Chefs (these fellows are going to be the guys dealing with catering)
security (do we need these people??)
Head Chef (this person will deal with keeping the tavern stocks up)
Head Security (well yea, Manager does this job as well)

The Bard's are supposed to be able to play a flute atleast or even a poem. I would also allow comedian.

And about that kingdom problem with RP, thats for the kingdoms leaders and co leaders to deal with. I might suggest MINI Events for the Kingdoms. And often too.

Gamb, why would your EMPLOYEES have to pay you? I think you got that all little bass ackwards.

As far as I know, Gambet isn't the manager anymore, so it's a moot point.

I keep finding that some people like to steal supplies and not tell me, nor do they ever replace them. So, When that happens, I get to put people on my review list... in which case they get 3 days before I kick them out for good. to get off the list they have to talk to me. This is also used for inactive or atleast thought to be inactive staff.

Just letting you all know, because alot of people are interested in getting a job on GK.

*Oh yea, so they have to talk to me, I also take their tags too. Gives them a bit of a reason to talk to me.*
