Needing a Html/ Flash designer
 

We need a Web (Html,CSS...) and Flash designer, you need to be skilled enough to be able to make a Web site like http://www.graalonline.com or http://www.fairyland-europe.com.

You will need also to have experience making advertising banners in Flash, animated Gif ...

Will they be getting paid?

although I'm not really interested, a person shouldn't mind not getting paid, as if they chose to pursue this type of career, having something like this in their 'resume', it'd look really good.

I'm always a year behind. By this time next year I'll have taken flash and web page designing classes, and probably have gotten fairly good at it. Damn it all.

I say this is with the most respect, if they could make top quality flash designers or templates and make a good amount of money they would have time to forums or play games... but it's possible.

All the last people who filled this position did.

Well, I suppose we all have a different definition of top quality flash, so I suppose they could have.

I'm pretty good with HTML and CSS but I'm a newb at Flash.

Well thats not what the job is, it only requires someone to the ability of the current websites at minimum.

I do web design with html(w/css) & flash.

As for making websites that are completely interactive(like guild cp and all that) then I am not the best for that.

But if more along the lines of design I would be interested in helping. PM me or something if you are interested in seeing some of my work.

Unixmad/Stefan can correct me, but I believe (taking from what the last people did) it is just that, a design job. Robert handles the core of PHP and the systems, and just incorporates them into the design/pages made by the webdesigner, so the ability is more so design, than coding (if that was your query). But of course some ability to actually make your design real, and not just make a photoshop image is needed.

And you have to PM him ;) (If you want the job).
