They should make a ez thing to make scripting codes to open,close,start,and stop. and make ez ctfs,fallouts, and spar tournys and more

There is a text file that comes with graal that helps with scripting, look in your graal folder, it is a start

It is a simple but not needed idea. The concept of allowing something to be easier for new people is good but new people in my opinion should be focusing more on the game then the actual scripting of it. Newbies to scripting should learn the basics and then they may be able to do which they would like to do. Nice thought but I doubt it will happen :)
