Zora Sapphire
The Zora Sapphire is from Zelda - Link to the Past or Zelda - Ocarina of Time. Well, I decided to actually try making the sapphire.

That's pretty nice. You need to add more shine to your gems, a single white-ish pixel on each should do the job. (I suggest upper left area of each)

Looks great man, but listen to Zero Hour, there are always little things you can try to improve :).

Which one? If you mean that one I did for forest years ago, I'll gladly improve it my self. Just post it, I don't have it on this computer. |

We always have these side conversations. :(
I only had two people rate this, I wanted more. |

People rating your art... or people telling you how to do it better? |
It's not bad, but I agree about the Geometrical shapes needing more definition. And I've always wondered- why is it the Zore SAPPHIRE? I mean, it should be plural- look at the thing! THREE! Three bloody sapphireS.
Well, with that little tyrate, I'd also like to add that despite the perspective on the drawing you based it off of, all sides of the Zora Sapphire are symmetrical. It helps me to think of each of the golden V and orb shapes as a kind of abstract person from the torso up. But whatever. |

Ok, the second one, but make the gems brighter, or the gold brighter.

Looking at it without caring if its supposed to be some sapphire form a game or not (ie: as an artefact on its own), it looks pretty neat. I prefer the 2'nd one, as I think the black edges make it look a lot more defined.

sharper more defined geometric angles? naw i think it looks fine as it is
#2 looks better in my opinion, btw |
