Inactivity

I've noticed these past few days, that only about 2 people and myself have been active in the kingdom. Some people in the kingdom are leaving due to inactiveness. What exactly is going on? Aki is on sometimes, but she isnt as active as before, so no one is around to actually do anything. I really think that ZR needs some picking up and some more guild activity. Maybe more kingdom events or more activeness between the members, but something needs to be done. I fear for the health of the kingdom, and I cant just sit back and watch it die without trying to revive it. Something needs to be done.

Please dont ruin the thread with comments as such, this is a serious matter. I dont even believe you are in ZR, and you wouldnt be one of the first people favored by the people of Zormite to take on such a high position.

I know Gambet. There are plans for the the future, I have selected active Ministry leaders, but I guess all of them are just becoming inactive. I can't force people to be active.

If you have any ideas or want to discuss further on this subject, forum PM me or something.

Actually, you can. Also, I wish you change your signature because I find it offensive.

How is he going to force them to be active? Go to their house and tell them to log on?

I believe you mean "she". And i guess the only way to "force" someone to be on is by saying "Either be on, or you're demoted."

Actually, I can't. I'm not going to force people to be on, because some of them can't be on all the time and is busy with their life. It's reasonable.

You can't just remove people or demote them when activity is overall low, you do that when someone is failing to do their job, and others would do it better.
You wouldn't recognize strength or leadership if it blacklisted you.

Well if I were to kick everyone out the kingdom who is inactive for abit, that'll be everyone. You can't force someone to log on a game.

Anyway, this subject is going off and I can see where it's going to lead to.

In future Gambet or anyone who has a concern about Zormite, just forum PM me. I check it nearly everyday. :)[preferably]

Why can they not be discussed on the forums?
