[p]=Hold down that key
[e]=Release
(S)=Use s key sound pitch
(E)=Release s key sound pitch
~=Put at end of song to repeat again 1 time
~~= if more repeat it over and over until you repeat it the number of ~ you put on it

i thought of music in graal long long ago, before g2k1 but i told no one
it doesn't mean i'm like the music god or something
i even made some guitar graphics

will it cos more to buy another onstrument or will you be able to change em free?

we could also like have battle of teh bands and the mircophone is for singing.
It would work you type something and press enter and it comesout as a song

It's impossible to sync music because of lag, and the fact that we can only communicate with chat. Nobody would be on time together.

We'd need to make the instruments be able to record stuff and then play it all at once. But still, not easy to transfer the sequences around with GScript...

if someone will give me script i play drums and can record the sounds and make the NPC, like, u buy drumstix, then u have to use them on a set, and they break, cause well i spend 30$$ on sticks a month

In orchesters the problem is lag. It's not so high
when you use UDP (sounds really nice), but there
is still a lag of a few millseconds. May be it need
to be music where only one is playing the main
melody and the others are only doing the background
music somehow

i think a trumpet would be rather nice, it was my first instrument and the one im best at too

There should be a clairinet instruament. :D

Stefan, you forget that in a chat based game we have no way to set a time or meter.

Now, maybe if you made an NPC "metronome." The player says, say, "120" and the metronome flashes at 120 bpm. Then the players could keep time together.

But Graal itself could only have a metronome that were slower than a certain speed. :\

It's fun. I r master composer.... Once the flute's out, I'm gonna make a bunch of cool songs.... such as my Crystal Snow midi Flute lead. And also, I'm not saying I'm the god of instruments when I said I started the project, I was just simply stating that I started the project and that's all.

o yea, i posted something about layers a long time ago, but how di know Stefam read the post and got the idea? hmmm, maybe stefan had the idea himself and u happend to have it also

he got the idea while putting up celt castle... birdbird said "*Drumroll*" and he was like "hey, who can make istrument graphics and sounds?"
