Yes Thats Right, I Got It To Work.
copylevel empty_house.nw,housed/#a-house.nw;
has to be,
Serverside
copylevel template-level.nw,FOLDER/level.nw
copies everything on the level, used on gk i belive : ^^
just for those of you who wanted to know lol
