Can't connect to anything except Graal 2001 (V 2.04 related)

I keep getting messages that I need to have Graal V2.03 when I try to connect to any other server then Graal 2001, this has been so ever since I downloadded Graal V2.04 and I don't have the old one anymore :(

V2.04 ISNT EVEN ON THE DOWNLOADER FOR ME YET ?!

Strange, I could just run setup.exe and I got it.

The same happened last upgrade. I don't play online but my brother does, so he was relatively peeved when I said he couldn't connect.
