Well..
Because of two bogus accounts, the server wasn't updating its configuration anymore (was just saying that an account was bogus and couldn't be loaded, so nothing was done to prevent any damage).

Bugus Accounts fixed (and now I'll get a warning by mail in such cases)

Its a work in progress.....forums are up and functioning but the site still needs some work...I may make or download a different layout for the site.
