Can someone tell what an item code is? Or rather, how I get one and what it does? x_x

In Guild CP, in the Item section, it asks for an item code.

Supposed to be for Events. Except there are no events. :\

The item thing is working, but we have not used it yet. It is for event items or shop items which can be given to players, on the website you can give it to other people or to other guilds and eventually get money or real-life items for it.
