A Few level Questions
How do you make trees that come together (ex. Tree infront of tree) and not make a little green patch around it, cutting apart of the other tree off. And other question is, how do you make buildings? Lol, newb questions, but I need help.

Template, or match 'em up.

Yea, there are a few tree templates running around for doing what you asked for.
What r they?
You could levelgen a small gmap using trees, and just make a clump then copy the tiles?
Ima noob, dont know how.
Oh, How do you do templates?
Just use npcs, tree.png I think it was?
Oh Thanks, And last, how do you build buildings?
And I put the outline guy down and put tree.png for image and it doesnt work
Try "newtree.png" .
Also explore it more, you'll find some stuff you don't have to do yourself >_< |
What is there to explore, AND how do I make houses, lol.
You obviously havn't explored it all else you'd know where the pre-made houses are.
I know that, but I just wanna know how you make houses.
Experiment?
Experement with what, if you know, tell me.
With what you are trying to accomplish x-x. I suggest you look at pics1.png and get to know where things are.
Try looking at some of the level tutorials posted in this forum section.
If you use NPC trees in place of tiled ones, I'll hang you by your entrails.
Er, Why?

(It's stupid when the tiles work fine, and laggy, and ugly as hell... And only causes problems with people getting stuck in trees/editing images to run through trees.) |
Haunter made the point before I did.
Bad Crono! Don't put bad thoughts like that in his head. Everytime you use an npc tree in place of a real tree, God kills a kitten. Please, think of the kittens. |
I was about to say that earlier today
The only thing is noone ever updated the tree on cliff tiles... *Cries as i send it to stefan* |
