Please reward the Gold members of the board in some way...

The only reason I have Gold, basically, is to work on Debug and to post on these forums, and now one of them was taken away from me. I don't have a problem with classics posting, just in moderation.

Add an unedited status icon below the name or something, that says Gold or Classic...Or as recomended before, remove avatars and user titles from Classic accounts.

Sorry to be arrogant, but I paid good money for my forum account. ^^

It could also show "Account Expired", "Banned", and suchlike.

Yes, and, as I said, it needs to be some sort of graphic or in a place that would be distinguished, so that players can not edit their custom user title to fake their status.

Classic accounts are limited to 3 posts per day I think, we will check if we can limit the other things too

How about Trial, Classic, and UPGRADED accounts? (Upgraded being Gold+VIP)

I think this is useless. Classic accounts posting was a special holiday treat. So it won't matter soon anyway, right?

Nah, I think it could be a good Idea. To know if someones account is upgraded, expired, or banned could be pretty cool.

Might want to check into that, I think the Classic accounts are able to post more than 3 posts per day, several people have voiced that they can/have.

Classic accounts that registered before they were allowed to post can post as much as they want.

Indeed. Buying a gold account is so you can play on gold servers, such are the forums: reserved for gold and VIP users. Classic users who didn't pay for gold are now able to invade the forums reserved for gold / vip users, and I think it's not fair unless gold users get something new as well. :)

To me, Gold and VIP - VIP especially - are overrated:
Gold lets you play on the gold servers and work on offline server RCs.
VIP gets you what... a tiny bit of webspace for grawl-related things only, and a tag? Oh, and free gold on saturdays. Whoopie. That isn't a whole lot, and isn't worth the cost in my eyes.

Gold/VIP needs something else, especially if the forums aren't going to be exclusive anymore... something to make it worth the price.
