Server options?
 

Doesn't seem to work... heres what i got:
staff=mitch,
but he cant log on...

I set his ip, gave him his rights, but he cant log on rc for some reason.

Does he have Gold/VIP if a hidden or hosted server? And the staff= is case-sensitive, I think.

staff=(JOB),Account

Make sure you're adding his account and not his nickname

Also you need to say "/openrights Mitch" and set his rights and IP

Try Mitch. The capitalized M may be disabling him from logging on. I know that my old account TheSaiyan only works in that form even though it was originally made as thesaiyan (just like it is on the forums). His account on the client reads as 'mitch,' but on the forums it's the opposite. That could be the reasoning behind it. Or did I just confuse everyone? :frown:

however your account appears in game is the correct capitalization for adding to staff

You don't have to do the (JOB) thing. It just makes the server more organized.

I think his actual account is "mitch" though, with the small "m."

When I enter my account into fields I have to enter it with a capital B yet when I want a * online I have to use bef and not Bef

weird... I think graal shouldnt be case sensitive.

It's the new IP thing. Set his IP range :]

If this problem has not been solved already:

Yes, his account is 'mitch' with lowercase m.
You must set a valid IP range with two or fewer wildcards for him to be able to sign on RC.
