That's Bomb Eater, the original bomy concept. They decided to lose arms and make them less like humans though. I forgot if that sketch was done by Gonmon or Antago, though. Someone else colored it.

Hmmm.. kewl...Sure does look different then the bomies I'm used to seeing. Also, I haven't seen a bomy yet that has arms.
