It looks too chunky to me. (ie the shading/dithering)

I don't like the style of pixel art.

There's still a big black line around the mushroom cap, which I forgot to mention before.

Goboom, I like your shading so much, that I'm starting to do paint shading like you. But mine comes out worse.
