I was wonding if it is at all possible to make a video play in graal like on the player none of this url watchin on site crap or converting to gif and that I mean a real video something small of coarse.

I don't think you can play any movie files (.mov, .avi, .mpeg) in Graal. :(

if you convert it to a .gif (not sure how you would do that), then upload it to the FTP. However, it cannot be so large, maybe no larger than what the map file is.

You could use openurl2 or whatever it is to load a html document containing the embedded video.

Oh wait, you don't want that. No. You can't do what you want to do. Best thing to do would be to do what I said, because even a small video clip converted to GIF is gigantic
