hm my first idea was on my playerworld eden but not everyone has vip and so i need a server to host the event (classic server) so every kind of player (vip gold or normal p2p) can spar :O

but maybe i can host it on my own playerworld
so more player will buy vip for the spar event =P lol

id rather wait for graalympics because they actually give some stuff out..

they won't buy a p2p to participate in a stupid spar event when the winner gets nothing but praise

We are trying to do something like Graalympics but for winter, so that will probably amuse some people.

This could just be like any other sprt out there. There is a "Home" And "Away" Games.. so why noy spars.. Say babylon is sparing UN... And babylon is going to be the home team.. all UN spars come to babylon.. and then later on sometime.. Babylon spars at UN.. Just make a schedual (sp) and then at the end.. the team with the most wins....wins... ^^ Sounds like an idea to me.

I like the basic idea. Such as a season type. Because, let's face it, sometimes people just do poorly, and they would love to have another opportunity. Also, a playoff format would make it even more interesting.

I remember a few months ago npulse hosted Atlantis and we smoked them (I was on the team) and then some guy started using God Mode (Detected by the server as illegal data and by a GP)..Good times

We could look into doing this officially sometime soon, it's good to have other things too for people who aren't PKers though.

I think that this would go well.. But there has to be a limit on how many players are set to a server pking team. Like 10 maybe? The server will have to do the tryouts for it. And then shall the best win. The winners get a guild on the server, and some money. There should also be like a ammount of money that each player must pay up to enter.

Sparring is going to be weird now that people play all different servers that have evolved beyond the basic sword.

Yea, but in this sparing deal.. you should only be able to have the level 3 sword. And that is another thing. If one server gose to pk another.. and some of the players have never played there or have played there and dont have all the hearts or the lvl 3 sword, then what?

Yeah, as players for sports prepare in new enviroments (New England Players playing in Arazona for Excample), sparrers could prepare by doing some quests on the other server. A neutral server for everything may be boring, even if there is just a neutral server for the Championship (I'm thinking Superbowl Here.. heh.).

As Spark said that there should be something for players that don't spar that much, I also agree. There should be tournaments for other more prpular events as well (Races, Lazer Tag, etc.).

But, I still think a "GCS" would be cool. :cool:

Yea that is kool and all. But I like the idea like.. football and any other sport,
(home and away games) instead ours would be like home and away spars. But it would be hard to give every sparer a lvl 3 sword, unless you scripted something. :rolleyes:

I am no scripter, but it doesn't seem like it would be hard to script.
