Reunion Dream UC Server
 

Hello, and thank you for looking at my post. My name is ChronicFear, and I am manager of Reunion Dream. Reunion dream is a server, that, if all goes as planned, wont be like any other server. We plan on having a unique weapon system, with over 100+ weapons. An economy system, where all kingdoms will rely on eachother to survive. And, for the first time on any server, an original questing system unlike any other. With over 100 quests, players a challenged to get bored. Now, this may sound like a strict RP server, but its not, but, its not a classic server either. Like I said, we plan on making this unlike any other server.
So far, development isnt as far along as we planned (Thats why im posting here). The overworld for the first island (**** island as we call it now) is about 40% complete, with some detailing left to do. Main town in **** island is getting reconstructed due to the fact I dont like how it turned out. But, let me explain **** island. This island is where you start the game at, learn how to play, and gain some experience and knowledge. After completing one or two quests, you will venture off into the real over world, which is massive. The main overworld will consist of around 5 kingdoms, each with their own resources that others dont have. But, thats getting ahead of us. Development of the NPCs is low, due to not having a scripter for a while, but, we just recently hired one, and hes working non stop to get whats needed done.

lol at your island name being censored.
lol at your website using official artwork of another mmorpg.
lol at having 100+ weapons. I mean really, obviously it can't be that diverse. I can see there being variations of swords and such.

Yeah man, if you're going to tell the public something... tell them with confidence so we don't think it's just going to be a project that falls to peices.

Ok, well, heres the thing. Im new to the forum, so, lol, im a ****. Secondly, that artwork, is from a server of RO, and the guy that made that artwork, is the guy that made my webpage, so, im not ripping anything. The 100+ weapon thing is true. Now, as in weapon, I dont mean completely different killing object (ex. Sword, Mace, Bow) There will be 100+ weapons that are different from eachother. And, why would that be impossilbe, they did that on 2k2 didnt they? And, I dont know why how many kingdoms there are going to be initially. It all depends on if staff want to take control of the kingdoms or not. Overall, there will be 7 kingdoms totall. Im sorry I dont say things with much rule to them, when I wrote that, it was the third time I wrote it cause the graal page kept crashing on me and erasing what I had written up when I previewed it. So, at that point I was just typing for the hell of it

sounds excellent. i cant wait to sign on and start on .....holy crap did you say 100 quests?

have fun over the next 5 years.

they will probably be more poor quests that don't fit in with the storyline and will be piss easy and quick...

You all should really check things out before you are so negative about something. No wonder so many people quit when they are trying to make things.
A positive word goes a long way....
Negativity is distructive....

If you go on the server, and you see ways to help him make it better, then express it positively.
If you havent even seen the server, then I dont see how you can really comment on how it is/will be.

Saying things like this (from this thread) do not help anything:

"Sounds terrible and your site is crap"
"the name is dreadful... you may as well just call it Lame Server"

These kinds of remarks dont help people do a better job, they only discourage people from doing anything at all.

Think about it.....

ChronicFear: Good luck on your server, I hope that all goes as you plan for it...the ideas are good, and I hope your are able to impliment them as you progress.

Remember Moonie; A negative word can save a lot of money and also a lot of time. Therefore, it can be a positive. :)
