Why are there no Events staff (if there are how come none are ever on?) to hold events?!

There are events but it's not so easy to handle that everyone can take part in one every day. Thats not possible because of the timezones. But anyway there are kingdomevents, too.
LordMatt, yea we are going to hire some new ones because one left and another ones gold time ran out.
