Just what is "attuned" supposed to mean anyways?
 

There's a bunch of rings or other items where they're "attuned" to healing/fire/ice/whatever. What is "attuned" supposed to mean? Better resistance against? More powerful using?

More powerful using, I think.

Casting cost reduced by 20%
Spell's effects are amplified.

That would be great for folks that use flaming aura using two rings of fire and very high levels.

I dont use any fire addon's. I got a BDFA (Blue Dragon Fragment Amulet) and a Talisman of Frost so my frost is pretty damn powerfull.. I also use a easter egg belt and a shield of frost xD. It's my friend's amulet <3<3<3<3

Attuned - More proficent in that type.

Eg, Attuned : Healing . Minor Healing will heal you equal, if not more then a regular Major Healing spell.

Frost - Icestorm does more damage.
Fire - Aura, or Flame Type spells do more damage.

Attuned : Creation - Create Pet, Food, etc.

It reduces mana/gp cost.

But why is it "Turning" ??

Turning is spells like holy word and turn undead.
