Anyways here's the tileset. It's just recolored but I wanted a cool one with like that cool Shine effect on the walls and just so that it wouldn't be like all the same objects. Like tree could be different,like it could be a pig electric pole

I'm not straying off topic, if that's what you mean.

I'm suggesting he wants us to be his "*****" or slave, and is confusing "*****" with "nice", I was just clearifying for him :D

Besides, he wasn't showing us his artwork, he was asking us to make him some.

Recoloring isn't making something.

Hence the "horrible" part of this topic

Wow those tiles are simply amazing. I really am amazed at how you transformed every single object in the tile set with a metallic shine. Its just amazing. simply amazing.
And the fact that it is on Elemental Kingdoms doesn't suprise me either. I have been there, and believe me, that place screams quality. This offer is very tempting because i am just DYING for a level 4 RC on Elemental Kingdoms.

scott.. maybe you were just temporarily stunned by the fantastic pixel work in those tiles.

I've noticed a fair bit lately; that people are willing to purchase a server and then not do any of the work themselves.

Good servers start by a small staff unit working HARD to produce; then you hire more staff to extend...

Just a bit of critisism of your tileset; that doesn't look futuristic, it looks grayscale.

I don't think everyones sarcastic and snide comments are helping alot...

Sparkers I suggest that you privately find a GAT to help you out; if you do it like this it looks rather desperate.

I would make you a tileset my self actually but I'm kinda pre occupied with my server and other things right now, I'm sorry.

Sparkers, its not that nobody here is nice. You are just going about it all wrong.

Pretend you are somebody has been browsing and posting in this graphics subforum for a long time now. You are a pretty common place name with the other regulars around here. Now, also pretend that you have seen many PW upstarts come and go. No, not even PW upstarts, you have seen lots of PEOPLE come and go -- just asking for somebody else to do their work for them.

You'd get a much better response and get alot more done if you came here asking simply for critique and tips on how to improve your own work, so you can make your own work look better. Realistically, if every nice guy stopped to help and make something for every Joe Somebody that came along, they would just become more dependant on the nice guys and never ever figure out how to be more self sufficient. I mean, if you cant even get a team together to rally behind your Project and help you, what garauntee can you offer to the nice gfx people browsing this board that their work isnt going to waste 9 out of 10 times?

What the heck did you do to that tileset? Did you like put it on grayscale and then color it again in paint with only the default colors?
