Hello !

Finally, the coding of the automatic system for the global guilds is finished !

Lots of Disbanded guilds were erased :

Informations :
- A guild which needs "more members" (was approved, but disbanded after that because it had less than 10 members) during less than one week can go back to the active guild list by having more than 10 members again ! If it fails to have 10 members again before one week, it will be marked as suspended for one week.
- A guild which is suspended for more than one week will be moved to the Disbanded guilds list. Exception is the guilds suspended because they had less than 10 members. They will stay two weeks in the list !
- A guild which is disbanded for more than two weeks is erased.

Once the guild is erased (from the Disbanded list) the tag is released and it can be used by another guild.

Please note that soon, guilds that does not meet the minimum activity score will be suspended. It will be enabled during the week...

Explain why my GuildCP was like this..

I had like old guilds that I left, and then my 2 old guilds of my own back on my list, Explain why it did that.

What is the minimum activity score?

@Crono1508: Many people got problems because of suspended/disbanded guids. Now you can see if you're already leader of a guild, even if it is disbanded. It will save me from some useless emails (I hope).

@DarkShadows_Legend: The minimum activity score is not yet defined. I think I'll start by suspending guilds when nobody weared the tag for two weeks...

Is there any way to delete discussion board topics?

You can remove a post or a topic using the moderation tools...

There is still no "mass moderation" system on the guild CP but it will be available soon :)

Tux, several guilds have 10 members, but are still pending, like mine, The Untold. It's had 10 for about 4 weeks. How often do you activate guilds?

@Thallen: Every days during the week (not weekends)... the last check was done this morning and there's no pending guild with at least 10 members remaining...
