Probelm With PM/Mass/Guild messages

I recieve this error everytime I open a message

"Access violation at address 7C0013D6 in module "MSVCR70.dll". Read address 00000000"

It's very annoying

Try reinstalling graal?
That always works for me.

Yes an install should work, or possibly restarting your computer.

But we shoudn't have to do these things.
