Ol' West = Dead

Bah, We had Problems , now were just plain DEAD!, Dunno what to really do with the server, Was thinking of making it like Old Valikorlia, Not sure of What i should do with it.. Continue? Id need to Find Staff!
People tell me what i should do!

1.) Apparently you suck at making a playerworld. Quit worrying about hiring people to do your work and learn how to do it right.
2.) If your too much of a lazy ass then just leave it alone.

Alot of people did, till we got some corrupt fool to delete stuff e.e, And we cant seem to be able to find good working staff

Fire the idiots and start re-hiring. You're under Dev, things aren't perfect. Dont give up, the server was nice in my opinion.

Switching from a lot of themes is going to make you feel dumb. Even though if someone went "corrupt" and deleted your playerworld, you need to learn as a Manager to backup recent files.

Start by creating an outline, a story, of what you want to actually do, instead of just winging it.
