you have to link it to a picture, not to a .htm or .html file.

I had the same problem, when I tired to use the picture I have stored on EWebCity it didn't show up, but when I used F2s, it works. Its odd, try having the image hosted on a different..web hoster. lol

Try uploading the specified graphic as a gif or png and then link it with a .png at the end, not an html
