You can't edit your post after 24 hours - but why not?
 

The forums have never allowed (or atleast never allowed since I joined) people to edit their posts if 24 hours have passed since the post was posted. But what's the point of doing this?

Maybe by that time too many people will have read it and cause confusion?

Good while arguing. For example, you state points then regret it after people pwn you and want to change it.

It's built in, it's not editable that I know of x_x

Im pretty sure theres a way..It's just like flood control i think.

It's just a matter of script editing if you are ambitious enough.

24hours is enough, I doubt it's worth the bother.

You've got a day to think about what you posted... why would you need more time to change it? :whatever:
