He has said to let people know that people seem to be using his account for various attacks every now and then and that, and I quote ''I never ask for jobs'' because he is busy with other projects, so don't hire him, it's not him, he doesn't wish to be hired, so don't add him. x_x

Osrs IMed me 5 min ago, and he wanted me to post this for him:

"I'm getting hacked again, someone is getting my password every time i change it. I have been looking for trojans and such but that is not the problem. osrs: Do a clean install of your operating system. Direct from a format. Then after you do this, change all passwords.

Considering there is more than one definition of the word (and it's a pretty safe bet that more than one of these can be found in Webster's Dictionary), your omission of the other valid ones to which Shadowless referred while simultaneously stating that no other such definition can exist...well, it simply boggles the mind.

The idea of hacking into something that your nosey little ass isn't supposed to be in is pretty bad.

Upon reading the whole page, i did indeed see various other definitions of "hacker". However, most of them were non-computer related, such as the thing about someone who's bad at golf. There were one or two ones that were like "someone who is 'buff' at computing" or something, listing a hacker to be somebody who is enthusiastic about computing and tries to learn more than the average computor - although this in itself connotes sinister activities, depending on how you look at it.

And then there's the very word itself. "Hack". It's almost onomatopoeic, and when you say "Hack" you're bound to think first of a rough swing of an axe or other blade at, say, a tree trunk, or a human. "He hacked away at the trunk" or "She hacked at his chest, screaming". The very word used to describe these people suggests a pernicious character, and you know full well, lance, that when these guys are saying "i hate those bastard hackers" they do mean the ones that are evil or vindictive. Why on earth would they be saying they hate people who are bad at golf in a thread about computer hacker/crackers? ;)

Freak. The first computer related definitions of hacking have nothing to do with maliciousity, and even many of those you would call hackers are not as bad as you think.

Myukoi, hackers are not all bad....there are actually hackers that use what they can do for good. You just have a few that like to hurt others with their abilities, but you shouldn't make such a general statement as to say all hackers are bad (in so many words).

The damn media messes these names all up!
Hacker - A person that "hacks" for knowlege or to improve upon code.
Cracker - A person that "hacks" to do harm or cause panic.

Hacker did not mean breaking security. That is cracking, even if you do it for good purposes.

What is osrs isn't just saying that and he is a hacker? I have a list of people who have access to Kim Jong's hacking website (I'm not going to say how I got it here), and osrs was on their, as well as XiLe (Who people don't think is a hacker).

Because a user on his forums is called Osrs, doesn't mean it's Osrs.

I think you got it mixed up with the account Xilo. Lately all of them have been on N-Pulse over the past week.
