Maps

How do I make a map? I made all the levels with the generator so they line up correctly, but I don't know how to create a map :(

but you need a bigmap.txt with your level names in it

All it does is make a map of the start level :(
I opened all the files I want on the map and pressed M and clicked Ok. It made a map of the training level :(

make a file called yourworldnamemap.txt

in this file put the level names in quotes across each line
(Notepad works nice because it you can easily turn off word wrap to keep things organized)
Like this..

"level-a-1.graal","level-a-2.graal",...and so on..on the last level to be in that row, DO NOT put a comma after it.
A 2x2 map would be something like this...

"level-a-1.graal","level-a-2.graal"
"level-b-1.graal","level-b-2.graal"

put an NPC in a level that sets the map to use that file

load the level so it tries to set the map...

bring up the editor, hit 'm' and if your text file is set up correctly, it will create a png of your map....

That should be it...if you have any more problems, PM me...

no it doesn't as long as you make an NPC change the file that it should get the map from (by using setmap). bigmap.txt is just the default...(I've done it my way before)

Just have Secret Agent Smiley make ya one. He makes good maps.

I got it =D I was getting to the editor by going through training and pressing F4. I needed to go through by opening a file in the world. :D
