Server (Part 2)
 

Well, so far just the levels are coming along, as that is what we want done first. Wan will now post some screenshots and the current map for the Elven Lands...Human Lands are next.

Yea, the levels will make more sense when they have insides and are there for a purpose. ;)

We still don't have a server...
And are looking for someone to sponser us.

What's all this about? o.O

I don't have the money to buy a server. If I can find someone who I am at least vaguely familar with to buy one for us, and obviously take the position as owner, it would be perfect.

Bleh... Normal tileset gets very boring. Bring me something interesting and we can talk, I'm always up for improving Graal.

I've got a server idea what dosn't involve any levels (detailed), well mabey 30 max.
Don't think i'll do it though :redface:

It will work fine if we get the RP feel that we are going for, and the scripting help.

That's why you edit pics1.png since it's ugly if you want a classic server.

Normal tileset looks sexy. I dont know why everyone hates it ;-;

It takes skill to make the normal tileset look hawt, whats the point of making modern streets and just making straight paths? X_x;

Yea, I know. But I have stuck with this one, and it has definitly gotten the furthest. And with Wan's fast and amazing level making skill, who knows how far the server can go.

Wee it's almost done now, i'll have finished the snow town by monday I think..
Then only need to do grass..
But it won't take me long, i'd say a week from now, max..
I'm going on vacation in 2 weeks for a few weeks, sisters wedding, then staying at other sisters house for along long time so...
But i'll have the internet, just probably not graal :)

Most good gfxers are too busy with their own servers though :(!

Most people are busy sitting on their servers that never come out.

Kinda like me.....But im confident we'll go public eventually. We basically have everything done...We just need to set up quests(too close together) and finish events house.

Scripting, I have many friends who can help...but I am not sure if they can fully work. X.x

Same goes with GFX. Joker said he would work if we showed him more....but we need GFX and NATs to show him more. X.x

Anyway, we are using the basic tileset, but custom GUI, Q-menu, etc...(obviously)

Don't change the tileset to something customed. Most new tilesets are ugly and crude. pics1.png is the best =P

just because all the new tilesets suck does not mean pics1 is the best, im so effing bored of it

Yea, I am having a lot of problems with my internet currently.

Road Runner has to re-wire everything on Friday. Hopefully that will fix it.

you don't have to make a crap tileset when you redo the main tileset...that's foolish to assume that all new tilesets will be era-like

It will have a classic tileset. That is the way I prefer it.

That is the worst copying story I have ever heard.

It's amazing on how you assume I thought they were copied. I just said they LOOK the same when Wan just said they were "poo". Apparently he likes them enough to use similar looking structures. :rolleyes:
