Quick Question, need help.
 

Someone I know's account got banned for credit card fraud (Ren) he has been playing on it for 3 years and has the receipts. Who would he need to talk to, in order to get it unbanned?

Im thinking Lyndzey or Above could take care of such things?

Angel, but usually they aren't unbanned for such thing.

If you look at the ban reason at the bottom you will read where it tells you where to contact for information and such. This happened to one of my older accts when 2k1 was the only Gold server and Zero Angel used a fake CC on it

I'd say Lyndzey or Stephane.

For the record: Unless Lyndzey returns and says otherwise, consider Lyndzey gone.

Heh...I hope they hire more people who can control accounts because its rare that they come online...And some of them it may take a while to reply to a forum pm.
