!Proper Global Needed!

I don't usually make stupid threads like this asking for globals help but I don't know which one to contact because this is a mixed case.

On Valikorlia we're having a problem. I'm not going to mention any names and when I say "B" it means "B@-en".

So and so got b'd and is well known on Val. The players today are all rioting and yelling to un-b him. After arguments for what, an hour or so we decided to bring a global into it. The case has to do with a ban, account issue, code of conduct breached, the person who told on so and so is said to have done illegal activities as well, and minor playerworld issues.

I don't care if the thread is closed/deleted after the proper global has taken action, we just need someone who's job is to deal with these types of things. I heard Lyndzey quit so I can't contact her, I contacted Spark but he's extremely busy, and Angel is afk. (Or so someone says)

Using the 'spanish style' exclamation points helps you get your point across. ;)

Mr.Lance can't unban and such. Spark is way to busy, or so it seems. I'll give the other 3 a try. I just need someone mature and patient to handle the situation. Valikorlians can be retarded and it's very hard to put up with them. @_@

I say contact the PWA. It sounds like their job to deal with.
There is a thread in the main forum that tells how to contact them.

Spark also answers his PM's everytime he's online browsing the forums.

Food for thought: Just because I cannot ban, that does not mean I cannot arbitrate such a dispute.

The whole matter revolves around a ban and such. But yeah, you're a great person so I'm certain you can do something. However these people are very uh "dense"? They wont listen :/

I spent 20 minutes argueing with those goons on Val, they act like little kids.
They're like: "OMG UNBAN NADS!"

matt8891 06-14-2004 03:57 AM

Im still very confused about the problem.....All i get is that Valikorians are have a riot because someone is banned...Is that right??

I can possibly try to persuade the "rioting" players to calm down but if not I recommend you just ignore them and penalise (heh making an example of one may even shut everyone else up) where very _neccessary_. I recommend leaving this dude temporarily banned for a fair amount of time respective to the rules he broke.

I agree....Dont go soft and unban the person just because other players want him/her unbanned. Just try and calm them down..SOMEHOW..By the way why was that person banned?

HoudiniMan 06-14-2004 06:23 AM

Next time the involved parties are on Val contact me via one of the methods in my signature V

AIM i'll get instatnly
E-mail is checked every 60 seconds
Forum PMs are checked about 20 times a day, whenever i'm on the fourms.

Projectshifter 06-14-2004 06:26 AM

I got on Val earlier, but Crono aka Gerami was not on, so I couldn't do much. It seems the account 'pog' was the account in question, which I checked and it was globally banned tonight actually, therefore I see it as a useless matter for a local server ban anymore ;)

I handled all the people on Val over Mass Msg and AIM myself, we're all friends again. :)

Nadrion (The Cause) claims that Spark said he could still play Graal but was forbidden from being hired on any server.
The ban comments do not reflect this claim, so i just gonna ask Spark o.o

I coulda told you that @_@

Spark910 06-14-2004 12:28 PM

Well i'll close as we shouldn't be discussing it... however the best idea is for the person ban to contact and discuss with the those who agreed to the ban (its in the ban reason)

I didn't ban it or agree to it as I didn't know about it and have been doing exams so contact those who agreed to it to discuss the ban. I belive it is for a different reason than the first ban or so... +_+
