upload it to a site, then link to it in your sig using
[ img]http://www.blahblahblah.com/signaturething.jpg[/img ]
but without the spaces
If you want, I can host your sig for you.

so whadda i gotta put in my sig bit

click on the img button in a reply, type in the url of your sig, copy what it gives you in the text field, go to profile and go to signature, and paste the code in there.
