Caps Should Stay Off Its Pointless To Have It On.
And 10char Rule Isn't that Annoying But Maybe Lessen The Amount But Its Not That Big Of A Problem Find Something More Long To Say

Just press cap lock...Its not hard to do...And Spakrs rights, Alot of people have alot of things to say and i doubt that MANY people would agree with the 10characters rule.

There's nothing wrong with posting something like "Cool" when it sums up some 15 word spamage you're probably going to post.

Ok, here's my opinion on all of this: A character limit implimentation is unecessary. It could be up to the monderators to decide wether something is spam or not, considering their supposed good judgement. A script does not need to decide this for them unless it has to be a dire necessity. It is your jobs. There is, of course, the consideration of efficiency, which would only be true if it was for the fact that spam would be considered a problem in these forums. Which is isn't.

VBULLETIN DOES IT WHEN YOU TPYE IN FULLY CAPS IT CHANGED IT TO THAT TEXT, AND IF YOU HAD READ MY OTHER POSTS YOU'D KNOW I DON'T TYPE LIKE THAT ANYWAY.

I THINK YOU HAVE TO WRITE ALOT OF TEXT FOR IT TO CHANGE IT.
