Disabling PMs?

I am sure it would not be hard and I really don't want to have to use jail to do it but rather make them not be sent or received at all.

On my server I want to make my own system for PMs. I don't need you to tell me how laggy it will be or how inifecient it will be because that is my problem.

I think if you add to enablefeatures flag; a number at the end that could be PMs it would be great =)

I notice also that other servers need this too (Era I hear?) so just putting it out there ^^

Keep PM and make you own MSGSystem, well of course i dunno why you would need to make one cept i fyou want to improve it ( i mean new feature )

Graal v3 (In the future, afaik) will support modification of the PMing system.

I don't want to keep the PM system because I am using a unique system on my server that I do not want to try to bother explaining and don't want to release yet either...

This isn't that complex of an idea just a simple bitflag x_X
