server problem

whenever someone tries to log onto my server (Azura), they get stuck on loading player attributes
how do you fix it?

Chances are they are being sent to an incorrect level name?
Check server options for unstickme/start level.

Fixed: Paths in the folder config are relative to levels/

Try changing server options....Online start....Made sure level name is right??

e.g startlevel=onlinestart.nw
startx=30
starty=30
