Changing Gods bug!!!!!!!!!
 

Ok, my good friend draxx changed gods from Gov to ogma, It dropped him 4 levels in Wisdom. He lost 4mil exp. That is not the problem, His create arrows spell went down to 10 wooden arrows +10. That spell should have nothing to do with wisdom. It is a magic spell not widsdom. He has leveled his wisdom to like 18 or higher now and he still does 10 wooden arrows +2. also his create food is messed up somehow, I am level 13 in wisdom he is 18 and we both make the same thing. his hasn't changed sinse he changed gods. My other friend also had these problems, I was wandering if this was being worked on or fixed. because something needs to be done.

I wouldn't be too concerned about that unless you both use the same god

It is not a bug. It would do you all wise to check the profiles of the gods before you make any decisions.

Govannan=
Attuned: Creation, Transmutation
Repelled: Summoning

Ogma=
Attuned: Missiles, Wounding
Repelled: Protection, Turning

This means that Govannan will make any spell or prayer that is related to creation more potent (create food, create missles?), while his avatar probably sucks more compared to others for players of similar stats.

At the same time, Ogma attunes to missle (not creating missles, thats different) and wounding spells, meaning spells of that classification would be more powerful.

Because Ogma is not attuned to creation, it stands to reason that creation spells would not work as good.

Like I said before, Create missile is a Magic spell not wisdom, it should have nothing to do with your god. I don't think gods should have an affect on any Wizard spells. It don't make any sense for it to be like that. x.x

But they have an effect on creating in general. It doesn't matter the source of the creation being wizard or priest, it matters that you're creating something.

Exactly. All spells, be it wizardry or a prayer, have a classification.

Equipment can attune, repel, or deny you those different types of magics just like how the gods do, so really it shouldnt be any other way.

I used to have a talisman of Unified mind. :) It was like a regular talisman, except it also gave +3 int (lowering casting costs across the board), and also gave (attuned: Self, Mind)

all what create missle does for me is make a missle that kills the enemy if it was weak. It was invisible and yet as strong as a magic bullet.

That's Magic Missle. Create Missle makes arrows with a +#.

It would be more useful to me if it made ironbolts

And your point is, a talisman is magic. That is the problem with gk today, nothing makes sense. your god shouldn't effect any of your magic or anything else you do besides your wisdom. This game is all screwd to heck and back. you guys should get your stuff straight.
