What does Unix & Stefan plan for the future of Graal Kingdoms? I hope it isn't forgotten when Graal3d is out, I just want to state my opinion, and i hope that someone will respond.
I think Graal Kingdoms is amazing. I know i might be against Graal3d, but i have my reasons. There are so many 3d games out there, to just see another one is sad. Graal Kingdoms is just in beta, and now it's most likely to be forgotten, just like Graal2001. I don't want that to happen. I just want to try to give a few ideas for Graal Kingdoms, incase you wish to take graal somewhere else. First, i want to state the flaws and perks of Graal Kingdoms.


(Perks)

1.) Community, althought some may not be the kindest, the community is very loving, it seems as if you spend just a little time there you have a best friend. Everyone is always questing togethor, laughing, having such a great time.

2.) Communication, while many games never have the staff help the players, Graal Kingdoms has a wide selection of very kind staff, who spend alot of time helping Graal Kingdoms. It seems as if there is always an event going on, and if you have a problem it's easy to get fixed, while most games you will never get a bug fixed, on Graal you might even can tell Stefan himself about it!

3.) Events, there might not have been many events in the past, but now there are so many rp events going on, and even fun things such as Beauty Contests! It's really great to get togethor and have fun.

4.) Updates, i don't know why, but lately it seems as if the Graal Kingdoms website has a new update every week! So far a great new event island has came, with alot of neat things on it! Not too long ago the beautiful town of Hotaru blossomed, carrying a beautiful clothing shop, a perfume store, and alot more. It was great, and hurumi seems to have been making alot more stylish clothing, it's nice to have little new things, along with big new things.

5.) Battle, the battle is very quick, while on many mmorpgs wich look good, you can't hit a monster, i barely ever have any lag on this game, and it's very easy to use different spells and such to defeat the monster, i love going on a quest with a couple of friends and defeating the disgusting monsters.

6.) Non-battle, battle is not needed to enjoy Graal Kingdoms, it has cooking, marriage, housing, pets, roleplaying, crafting, chatting, events, all sorts of things, there is so much more to do!

7.) Graphics, the beautiful 3d terrain with the very good bodies are most certainly eyecandy, and i hope they improve also.

8.) Music, the music should be worshipped! Done by a very nice game music designery, it fits the moods of the area your in very nice, some people even said they listen to it while on the computer!

Hm, i guess i don't really have any flaws to point out. ^^

Alright, on with a few suggestions.

1.) Weather/Day/Night, i'm sure this will be done, GK is only in beta, but with the beautiful effects such as snow, and rain (which i'm sure can be done correct without a ton of lag) and of course a good day/night system, maybe with a calendar system too, since graal kingdoms is set in it's own world it should have a calendar, with events for every month, and for it to slowly turn night/day.

2.) Clothing, we should be able to keep clothing, perhaps what some people have suggested.. a "clothing" bag.

3.) Graphics, some time in the near future i think the tileset and bodies should have a few remakes, the female bodies are unorganized a little, and a few new graphics (love the new trees) are always nice, maybe something less.. un-realistic, maybe something more.. i don't know, appealing, sort of like real grass, not just specks of green.


Alright, but what i really couldn't wait to say, is if Graal Kingdoms ever seems to dissapear, i think it should become another game. I know it's the only gold server, but if Graal3d takes over Graal Kingdoms, i think Graal Kingdoms would do great as it's own game, a name change, name of the world, it's nothing like graal/zelda so it would be fine, and it would be neat to have another mmorpg by the same company, with just one game download, just a big community on this game. I'm not kidding, this game might not be as beautiful as some of the big ones that cost alot of money, but the content is amazing. Sure, some have good eyecandy, cute clothes and items, but graal kingdoms has some cute clothing, and monsters defintly, and has alot of fun things such as cooking. It would do great as it's own game, renamed, so graal won't give it a bad name. (I'm sorry, but it seems as if graal as known as "the zelda ripoff") I know i'm going to get flamed by some, from the hardcore "graal" lovers, but i'm only suggesting this if Graal3d takes over, so Graal Kingdoms, a great game will be saved. Graal Kingdoms along with the other servers and playerworlds is hard to review as one game, and it seems as if graal is referred to Graal Kingdoms alot, it has alot of it's own cute art, i think it would do great as it's own game, it's getting so many new laungages. I mean the window for the new graal kingdoms could be sort of like graal, but not all greenish and such, more to suit graal kingdoms. Since graal2001 apparently isn't coming back, bomys don't seem to be on graal at all, so Graal Kingdoms would have a unique monster, and could have more official game events, which have there own custom graphics and scripts, about bomys. Different kingdoms could fight against it, or some might help them (wtf) and such. I'm just babbeling on, well i think it's time to go night night! Let me help you out here.

Flaws

1) It's managed by children, and items are flying around the server, constantly being sold for 2x more then a Gold VIP account upgrade.

2) Some hacking tools are untraceable, and thus, people have learned to glitch EXP.

3) There is no kingdom activity, no wars, no kingdom infiltration, nothing.

4) Not enough active EM's to have a prospering, happy, community.

5) Corrupt staff.

Those are good flaws...

Well as I said before Graal3D has emmployeed staff at the office working on it, which will require less help from volunteers, allowing them to carry on with Kingdoms

Once Graal 3D is released, will Graal Kingdoms have somebody besides Stefan managing it?

Stefen doesn't manage it, he owns it. He did the beginning work, but now he ignores it and it's dying (if not dead).

It's not dead, it's just finished..

When something has been unfinished, and released for 2 years now, keeping in mind, no DRASTIC changes have been made, I declare it dead. :: pokes a flag into GK ::

in graal 3d, Id atleast like a better eating thing or a better family system(I deleted the thread that I put in the suggestions which had to with animations with eating and the baby thing some time ago.)

Uh, thanks for sharing your suggestions for Graal3d here. Anyway, isn't Graal Kingdoms just in beta testing, not even done? Because stefan still updates it.

No he does not, don't make such accusations when I know he works on GraalKingdoms making, trasnfering, debugging, fixing and expanding it each and every day. fyi.

In the future Graal Kingdoms will die because everyone will play 2K1.

That's not the future, that's just our dreams, mostly because nobody's taking the job of managing 2k1, and people seem to enjoy the EQ clone.

Kingdoms is a nice game, its diffrent from all the others, and most games don't have event staff. THey all have the same items, but monsters drop them. I also have to say its rather addicting, I have played other games, this one got most of my attention.
I just haven't played for a while because of my new job.

The game-play of Graal Kingdoms actually pleases me, i don't think about its future though, it can stay as it is but with new updates, imho.

It's not dead nor finished, new updates are always being added (like new languages versions, new items etc). Don't say things that you don't know about.

Wth is wrong with you people in making threads about graal 3d killing graal kingdoms.

GRAAL 3D IS A ADDON TO GRAAL KINGDOMS.
YOU GO ON GRAAL 3D FOR KINGDOM BATTLES ETC im pretty sure of that part.
ALL YOUR ITEMS ON GK goto GK3D, its just basically an add on to graal kingdoms, graal kingdoms isnt dying, its expanding.

Ok, when was the last REAL update? New items that are given out at events because the staff doesn't know where to place them are fine and dandy, but what about new areas? New quests? New dungeons? New spells? Balance? Anything?!

Horrible, horrible managment skills on Stefens part. He shouldn't put children in control of his game.

I know quite abit, and since I am a player, I can tell you this, GK is dead. The updates that we have, Languages, items? Those just add to the amount of bugs you HAVEN'T ****ing worked out. Don't think your better then me because you can script for a ****ing game. The GK staff, and their pathetic lagging behind is the equivilent of me in school. This project hasn't been finished, and yet, Graal 3D is already being made. That is getting ahead of yourself, Stefen must have no clue how incompetent his staff on GK is.

You look more ridiculous every time you post here. Who said that Stefan puts children in control of GK? Nobody got level 4 rc besides him and probably Unixmad.

They may have level 4 rc, but are they EVER on working on it? Hardly. Jagen is in-charge, and is a child. Lance doesn't appear on there often, and I don't see any productive work being done. If I can't see it, then how are players supposed to be aware that you are working?

The storyline of graal kingdoms is finished, they're adding updates to make it more interesting, cmon think about it..

I didn't say it was complete. You complete a server, then you begin adding things. True, Beta may be a stage where you add things to complete it, but there are things added, simply incomplete that should be completed.

There is no storyline. As of now, we have inactive kingdoms, and places to run around and swing big swords.

Jagen is manager of GK is he not? Beneath Stefen and Unixmad, he is the highest authority. THUS he is in charge. Stefen is not on GK at all, nor is Unix, meanning, Jagen is in charge.
