Loss of Items
There are many items that players accumulate during regular gameplay, through quests, through sparring and events. In rare cases, these items can be inexplicably lost. Often, GraalOnline staff will have a record of these items and can trace the reason for the loss. If it is clear that the items was lost through neither the fault of the player or gameplay, or if the loss of the item creates imbalances in player power or gameplay, GraalOnline staff will try to replace the item. In cases where it is not directly evident that the items existed, or that the item wasn't lost through game play or a bug, GraalOnline staff will not replace or repair the items. The decision to replace items is the sole discretion of GraalOnline staff.

First off, items being inexplicably lost isn't that rare in graal, but more importantly, somehow there is no proof that my event coin ever existed. Even though Vlad and Bjorn held an event, where Vlad announced that I had won, and Bjorn gave him the Event Coin, which he had then given to me. Now, as for proof that the Event Coin was actually lost due to game mechanics? I'd say about 10 people in the trade room that day during the crash can verify that my event coin poofed after the crash. <sarcasm> I was so overjoyed when the server ate half my worldly possessions 6-7 months ago, that the server thought it would be nice and munch some more of my stuff! Yay! </sarcasm>

theres these bugs theyll start eating you and then come back 6-7 months later and eat you again

Yes, I gave him the coin. If that's not more proof, I don't know what is. Also, Bjorn saw it, and he told me to "Never give coins except through safetrade."

Thats the 2nd time in one day you have posted a Kingdoms related post in graal main forum. I know your being in general here, but your example and problem (I assume) is Kingdoms, so USE THE KINGDOMS FORUM SECTION PLEASE.

the server took away about 1000 plat(I forgot how much money but it was all my money before I struck rich), 13 iron, and my flute. I reconnected cause it was so laggy in the trading place, and I ended up in begginer island, and went through the boat to get back, but I dont care anymore, I got more money back.

The trade table is logged though, so when there is a problem then the admins can check it.

Wow, did someone delete my log showing that Loriel lied to me by saying there were no logs and that nothing could be done? That's sad, and corrupt.

And the logs were deleted as your not allowed to post private logs, find a different method of complaint, a none public one.

In case you hadn't noticed, the only effective method of complaint with a hope to have anything fixed in graal is making it public and blowing it up to the point where stefan etc. has to step in. =) I'm still waiting on read reciepts of PMs I've sent to stefan and unix over 6 months ago, while recently Stefan has actually posted on some of my threads. See how public > private?

And the cool thing is that public will eventually get you banned.

My amulet of lifesaving is gone :[ I don't know if this server took it, or staff took it from me! I traded 2 event coins to this guy for amulet of life saving, (trade tables) he won it last night in jagens raffle event, could I get it back if mistakenly taken... or atleast advise me that you are adding stats to it.. something?! please?!?!
