We were forced to remove the old Yoshi heads on Dino valley.
I was looking around at a new Playerworld today and I was amazed when I saw the old Yoshi heads online there.
I wont say which server it is but I think its not really fair...

Tip : put a list online with things that are illegal please..

Yes there should be people
looking at playerworld and listing
things that need to be made better or need
to be removed. That should be done
in the motivation to make the playerworlds
better, not to get them down.
Best would be if one makes a list,
then others are saying if its ok,
then the playerworld owner gets it,
and when nothing is done about it
after 2 weeks then it needs to be
shutdown.

Yeah but playerworlds like Delteria have no hope.
I'm sure their FTP is full of illegal gifs they aren't suppoused to be using, seeing as how IcePick grabs anything he can.

I think you (Stefan) should give Delteria 2 weeks to get a basic "reformat" of there PW or delete it forever!!! :D

Oh and Stefan, although i'm not staff on Mithica anymore, they want to go back to Free since

1- I'm now the only player with another loyal to mithica player
2- The NPCs Admin hate NPCs Server

Those old Yoshi heads are still online on another playerworld.
It looks like Dino Valley is checked very carefully while other playerworlds can get away with stuff like this.

The red Yoshi head is online on the Classic server now..
The other heads are still online on the other Playerworld..

This is totally unfair..

Isn't it Genmo's job to inspect playerworlds that are online stefan?
I have heard he isn't doing his job though..

He isn't doing his job, or he would have gotten the chocobos off of dino valley, the stolen images off of npulse, and the yoshi heads off of these servers.

Genmo told me himself he told stefan about Delteria, its stefan who isnt doing his job.

We ALL have told stefan.

All stefan does is COMPLIMENT delteria on how good they are.

I think they shouldnt even have those 2 weeks.

Stefan has stated many times that he dislikes taking things down (Playerworlds) that many people have put long hours daily to improve, even if they are full of stolen stuff which Playerworld Administration is supposed to get rid of.

Ok people listen up,
I used to be a Yoshi and I am appoitning myself as Dino Valleys official unofficial atourney to get the "yoshi" heads back online,
I will now explain why they should be re-added.

Now the reason they were removed is becuase Stefan claims they are "Copy-righted." Now if anyone remembers back when you chose your head from that list, and there were the origional heads on the list, the "Yoshi" head said "Dino."
It was officially called Dino and didnt say "Yoshi."
Not only that but it was not made directly from a Yoshi graphic,
and is merely technically a dinosaur or lizards head which came to be called un-officially and by its usage the "Yoshi" head.
Whether or not its intent was to be used as a Yoshi,
it is not a copyright infringement becuase it is not exactly like a yoshi, it is not a stolen yoshi graphic, and its different then the real Yoshi. If you were to call making a green dinosaur graphic a copyrihgt infringement, about 1000 other companies with similiar logos would have to be sued becuase their have a mascot that has a head similiar to Yoshi. Technically if you think thats copyright infringement, companies could you for using the word Online in Graal Online becuase other games have it in their name which is copyrighted. It is not copyright ifnringement and the so called "Yoshi" heads should be uploaded ASAP before I get raelly mad! Oh by the way Cha Cha do you remember me,
cus no one else from Yoshi Tribe does :(

Yoshi and Yoshi images benlong to Nintendo.

Duh but their not Yoshi images,
they may have been based on the Yoshi,
and maybe the concept was a Yoshi,
but they are not Yoshi images,
no where does it say yoshi image,
andits not exactly the same as a Yoshi,
and its not a stolen graphic,
techncially that stupid Publix dinosaurs head is like a Yoshi so anyone could say they copied Yoshi, and Ive seen alot of *** ass characters with heads just like that. It is not technically or phsically a Yoshi head. end of story.

I used to be a Yoshi Member (still got a tag) but I am going to have to disagree with you feival.

The Yoshi heads were in fact used by the Yoshi Tribe as 'yoshi' heads, therefore the name Yoshi Tribe. They used it as a symbol for the Yoshi name.
