I sent an email to Stefan yesterday, regarding two matters.
The first, was an idea I had that can be found here.
The second was about that house on Delteria that is labeled as "SSmutz's House" and how Delteria's staff has not removed it after I requested many times to have it removed.
Anyway, this is the reply I got:
So, nothing's going to be done about that house?
And he has nothing to say about the idea?

Means he's extremely busy, probably. Why not contact Geovanie? He'll be better suited to report to Stefan.

I've contacted Geo about the idea, but not about Delteria.

added: Also, I've always gotten good replies from Stefan all the other times I've emailed him.

I'd go to him, then. That's what he's there for.

i ask stefan to send me the pirate ship levels (so i can spice up some stuff and add some npcs) but he still hasnt sent them unless my email service doesnt like graalonline.com email accounts

I sent an e-mail to Stefan regarding a shop I was making for Graal 2001 for supplies and Stefan sent me a good e-mail and told me to tell him when I finish, but of course I never did because I reformatted my computer and lost it.

Yea, when I sent him the first version bomy caverns, he seemed excited and put them up pretty quickly, same with all the updates for the caverns.
