By giving his AIM, he didn't really use the phrase so it's not really doing it.. :O
But then again..!

By giving his AIM, he is complying with Graals rules. Graal is not being used as the legal body that conducts the agreement of USD payments. I believe thats the correct wording for what I'm trying to say.
